Our Story
Laguna Perk Coffee was founded on a simple conviction: coffee deserves attention. Not the kind that comes from volume or speed, but the kind that comes from knowing your beans, respecting the roast, and treating every pour like it matters.
Located on Texas Highway 22 in Clifton, we've built a space that feels like a pause — clean lines, quiet corners, and the steady hum of an espresso machine that knows its purpose. Our bakers arrive before sunrise so the first customers walk in to something genuinely fresh.

What We Offer
Every item on our menu exists because we believe in it — nothing added for the sake of variety.
Espresso, pour-over, cold brew — all from single-origin beans roasted in small batches. We rotate origins seasonally so there's always something new to discover.
Croissants, scones, sourdough — baked before dawn from scratch. No preservatives, no shortcuts. If it's on the shelf, it came out of our oven that morning.
Savory tarts, breakfast sandwiches, and seasonal salads — simple plates built to pair well with a good cup. We keep the menu focused so every item is executed carefully.
Our Process
What we do isn't complicated. It's just done deliberately.
We work directly with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every bag is traceable to a specific harvest and processing method.
Small-batch roasting lets us tune each origin to its sweet spot. We roast in-house weekly so every cup carries peak flavor.
Every drink is pulled, poured, and presented with the same standard — because a cup of coffee is a small promise we make to the person holding it.
